FEPP counts single Associations and Commitees of European Community Countries, in which associated have four-years degree or specialist's in Pedagogy or Educational Science, in accordance with different States' set of rules. Single Professionists can join too, being in possession of same titles above and being enrolment at one of the agreed Associations.

FEPP is an idea come out of a meeting and homologation process of the academic titles and of free circulation of the Professionists, started from Bologna process.This idea is based on awareness that Professionists of Pedagogy can bring to education world new opportunities of growth, in the concept of "european citizenship" and "world citizenship".

One of the purpose of FEPP, is to defende professionists' dignity and interests and to guarantee their fairness:to unify and represent general interests in European Community various Administration;to watch over professionists' activities so they are oriented to european citizens' interests; to increase Professionists of Pedagogy mutual acquaintance.
